If you’ve ever used a metal detector, you’ll know that all kinds of treasures can be hidden in the beach. It would figure, then, that a Pokebeach would have the equivalents as they pertained to Pokemon. Recently, the site got a screencap of the silhouettes POKEMON SUNDAY ran on its last episode in Japan. What pocket monsters, pray tell, have been blacked out here? That hasn’t been revealed yet. What HAS been revealed is that these are the three starter Pokemon players will get in BLACK & WHITE.
If you just can’t wait to find out what these Pokemon really are, you’ve got something of a staggered schedule of spoilers, official revelations and speculation ahead of you. Joystiq is pretty sure that these Water, Fire and Grass-types, in keeping with Nintendo’s tradition, for starters. Their official looks are supposed to be revealed in the next issue of CoroCoro Magazine, and the leaked scans of that ought to hit the net faster than a zapping Pikachu. Of course, if you want to wait the old fashioned way, POKEMON SUNDAY’s going to lift the veil, officially, in the next episode. However, if you still can’t wait, if you’ve got ants in your pants, if you want/desire/needi a look at these… Pokebeach actually has a good number of fanarts visualizing what they could look like.
