Time to drive home while listening to the show.

I agree with AHR!
The Endless Eight episodes were very cool....

What I thought of those 8 episodes made me get all mad, and horribly desperate for it to be over with...
When I was watching the last episode and I saw the part where Yuki tells Kyon how many times they have been repeated, then I realized that the 8 episodes were Yuki's perception of the repetition....

I literally said in my head: I am complaining about 8 times and Yuki had to go through it 16, 000... etc times!

So I'm guessing that these episodes were to make you feel sorry for her... and after watching the SOS Brigade vs the Computer club episode I realized that Yuki does have feelings...

"Jumbo Prawns" does sound better then "Jumbo Shrimp". Less of an oxymoron.

Oh, a card reference in the podcast. I'm not a member of Giant Bomb as of yet.  Sorry if I didn't spell your name right AHR. Rather then taking  all you ladies out on a date. I could cook you all dinner. lol
I heard Sara say something was creepy in that video, but I couldn't make out what she was referring to.

Yes, I really enjoy Maria+Holic. It's great because it makes you think it's a yuri fest coming, but takes a twist. I've seen the manga and I think it's funny. I didn't get a creepy vibe.
Mariya is the freshman class president. While there is the condition that Mariya has to dress up as a woman to fulfill his grandmother's wish. Matsurika , his maid/accomplice, points out that he would be doing it anyways. That seems to be a reference to the trap anime Otome wa Boku ni Koishiteru. In that a young pretty boy, Mizuho Miyanokouji, dresses up as a woman to go to an all girl's school in accordance to his grandfather's dying wish.
I believe the director of Negima! and Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei also did Pani Poni Dash.

I wasn't too fond of the dub Haruhi animes. It was alright, but I found Kyon's humor falling flat in English.

I have a hard time believing when people who are working on movie projects when they claim how much they 'respect and admire the source material'. It's always lip service. What person in their right mind will admit anything else when you are trying tp promote the movie?
I always enjoyed Ghost in the Shell. The movie and the SAC series. Though I like her SAC design more. I really enjoyed the SAC series. Even the dub was really well done. The GitS:Solid State Society movie was really interesting as well.

Another term that is pronounced differently in Japan is "VIP". We pronounce it by the individual letters. In Japan they say it together as a single word. The same with ESP.

I enjoyed both versions of the Mezzo Forte, but I prefer to watch things uncut. Suzuki enjoys the dream sex with Pops, but Tomohisa also joining in is what made it a nightmare? The fights do really rock. I love that scene in the episode where she kicks the guy in the nuts and shows two balls cracking.

Maria+Holic is very funny and with Shaft just adds to the craziness.

Endless Eight can go as very smart move or just stupid. I think the idea of eight episodes being the same things can work as a novel than watching it.

I just tried mochi ice cream for the first time a few months ago and it was awesome. I'd like to try strawberry daifuku, or maybe even make some myself, but alas I do not have a poodle to help me.

Wendee Lee is awesome as Haruhi. It would really suck if they changed Haruhi's voice but as long as Crispin Freeman is still Kyon I'll still stick to the dub.

The Legend of Koizumi sounds and looked like some crazy fan-fic to me. I hear later on they throw in the Fourth Reich (theoretical successor to the Third Reich) operated by Hitler from a Nazi UFO oh and apparently they bring back Richard Wagner from the dead to play mahjong as well for some reason. If someone takes it seriously they really need to examine their sense of humor. I can't verify if this is true but that's what I've heard.

In Mezzo (the non-porny one) they say "Mezzo!" at the midway break of each episode, so you can at least know how they want you to pronounce the word.

BTW, I'm looking on Netflix, and while 20th Century Boys 2 is available, the first part isn't! WTF?
