Gia, John, and Ana rock on about their upcoming holidays, recent anime, manga, and miscellaneous musings, the latest headlines, and even a bit of Avatar, for no particularly good reason.
Squadcast 33: The Worst Podcast Ever
Okay, it's not really that bad. But confess, the name caught your attention, right? Gia, John, and Ana are all sore from paintball, which colors the entirety of the podcast. And by "colors" I'm talkin' bruise-brown and blood-red.
Squadcast 32: Our Hearts Skip (a) Beat

Yes, manga orcs.
Squadcast 26: Return of Squadcast

Surprise! Gia and John are joined by Tony "G-Man" from Comic Vine and head programmer Ethan for much discussion of sex, lies, and anime.

Squadcast 21: Nothing Rhymes with Yaoi
Gia, Dawn, and Naomi chit-chat about the latest topics. Somehow a lot of yaoi comes up this week. We also celebrate the Squadcast's "21st," and promise that it will be the last time we make a big deal about our age. Well, except maybe for when we reach 100!

And by that I mean, the podcast is now barely legal, at the tender age of 18...the people on it long since bypassed the "barely legal" limit, as it were.
Squadcast 17: We Survived Comic-Con
...And all we got was this lousy podcast.
Squadcast 16: Oh God Comic-Con is Hot
Dawn, John, and Gia plot their evil Comic-Con schemes, and blather about other random things while sitting around in their jammies. True story.
Squadcast 15: Congasm
Dawn announces the Dress-Up Contest Winner, and she and gia tease Naomi for not going to Comic-Con while ruminating on their con plans. Of course, Gia is the only one going to Otakon, so...

Squadcast 07: F!@#ed Up Figures
Gia, Dawn, and Naomi talk about the good, the bad, and the ugly in figures and merch. Oh, and car insurance...?
Squadcast 06: Porn, Porn, Porn
Between the video game sex tease and the Masturbate-a-thon winner, this week's podcast is a little dirty. But we do also talk about gender divides and live-action anime movies! And masturbation aids. You've been warned.

As one who has a preference of Japanese female feet over the western equivalent I am very disappointed that the Japanese men don't appreciate what they have. I'm not really that fussy over breast size so I've no fetish in that area. A nice pair is a nice pair no matter the size!

If I had to pick out my stand-out fetish it's dark haired girls. I don't care if it's long or short, but if you're lighter than a brunette than I'm significantly less interested. I don't think it has anything to do with the blonde stereotype, Dark brunette/black just stands out more to me.

Congrats on 40 episodes too, here's to the next 40.

I downloaded the first two episodes to Rin: Daughters of Mnemosyne on my X-box 360.

They change it up a bit then they did before when it comes to downloading shows from the marketplace.  Now it streamed and not downloaded to your hard drive.  Which is a good thing and a bad thing.  Good thing is that it helps people that don't have 120 GB hard drive.  The downside is that you have to be on-line to watch the new anime that comes out on X-box 360 marketplace.

What going to happen when the new X-box system comes out.  Well I lose my content that I bough on my X-box 360.

I bough the 120GB for the main reason to download anime on to my hard drive.  I wish they would give me a choice on this matter.

@nginsmall: Ya know, it only occurred to me now that it looks like it's supposed to go with the title-- it's actually a promo image for Rin: Daughters of Mnemosyne, the show John talks about. ^_^;

I also stared watching Hanamaru Kindergarten myself.  I Seen the first three episodes on Crunchyroll and like show so far.  The only thing I don't like is what up with Tsuchida high school friend being ok with him getting with her daughter who only in Kindergarten.

I know his friend ending marrying her teacher but at least she was in high school.

Lol John mispronounced my username.
Kon[kind of like cone]-an[like ann]-da[like what russian's say for yes]

Although I probably just misheard since he said it fairly fast but either way.

An example from a question I submitted to someone on youtube (at 8seconds ignore the 1 it was because I had to make another youtube username for some reason that I've forgotten about now)

John the fetish you are thinking about is Coprophilia. (thanks Wikipedia)

Actually Ana I think the droopy eyes is the opposite. Since usually the presence of the epicanthic fold is usually referenced as giving a sleepy or droopy look. (since the eyes look less round and more like half closed) Also it is a fairly common trait among the Japanese and unlike in Korea where apparently cosmetic surgery to remove the fold is fairly popular it's not particularly popular in Japan. So that would probably mean females like Idols probably would have that trait and given that they're the female sex symbols in Japan, probably most guys are going to end up refering to traits that they have.

So I mean maybe it was a translation thing or something but the lack of an epicanthic fold is not referred to as having droopy eyes with someone who is awake. Also given that Japan is fairly inward looking it wouldn't suprise me if most of the traits that the men listed are typical of what a Japanese woman would look like.

Also given that I find men in general are more stubborn and set as a whole in what is aesthetically pleasing and for the most part it ends up being tied to what is currently presented as such by the media during the teens and such. Where women tend to be a bit more flexible and diverse in terms of what they find aesthetically pleasing.

*I could be totally wrong with that last bit but that's been my observation from my fellow males and their female counterparts.*

Personally I know one thing I can't stand (so I guess an anti-fetish) is women who put a whole bunch of cosmetics on their face. I mean a slight amount is alright but there is a fine line and once it's crossed, it just looks ugly as hell.

I...mostly agree. I don't like to see a ton of foundation caked on or anything, but I confess that I am a total sucker for gorgeous eye makeup, possibly in part because I can't do eye makeup for shit. But if it's well-done, it doesn't matter how over-the-top it is @_@

Does anyone think that the Samurai look like he is really shocked by something that is happening behind him?
Also Pink was the colour for newborn boys until the turn of the Nineteen hundreds. Pink is the weaker version of Red the colour of blood. Realistically Blue is the colour of girls because Blue is the colour of the Virgin Mary.

Finally getting around to listening to this podcast.

I used to work at a movie theater. To pass the time we used to take whatever movies we had and tr to convert them into the title of a porno.
Isn't the term "backhanded"? "Backdoor" sounds like something else given the context.

The removable penis reminds me of a ero-manga called  "Seisotsuidansha". It's a bout a young man who is always teased and tormented by these three girls. One day his penis just pops off. He's fine, and can still feel everything from his removed phallus. Good art work, and has a really unpredictable ending.

Code Geass, a pretty dramatic series, also had a cute and rather fun looking Nintendo DS game that was just about a series of mini games.

Left 4 Dead has a multiplayer game where you can play as the zombie monsters.

Games I really got hooked on when I was young was 11th Hour and 7the Guest. Also, Contra and Zelda.
