Plug Cryostat is a "charger girl" from a parallel world who makes her living recharging the spirits of depressed people living on Earth. Though she is clumsy and not especially clever, she takes her job seriously and seeks to help people overcome their depression at its source rather than simply giving their spirits a quick boost.
