Overview
Though not yet prominent in hentai animation, phallic nipples have been worked into hentai manga and doujinshi for many years. They are most commonly placed on female characters who are, or have the ability to become, a futanari. The series Dulce Report and Henmaru Machino's manga character, Yumiko, have both featured this concept. Though phallic nipples are sometimes used for reverse nipple sex in books like Sawayaka Abnormal, more often than not, they are drawn simply for show.
Phallic nipples also make up two-thirds of a widespread internet meme used to acknowledge the unpredictability and no-limits attitude that hentai is capable of assuming.
