Persona 4 is a manga spin-off of the Shin Megami Tensei series. People are going missing in the rural-town of Inaba. A team of high school students discover a world within the TV that is linked to the murders.

i heard that the P3 anime wasn't that good, hopefully the P4 anime fairs better.

Well, there's an anime 10year on sequel to p3, but that doesn't count since only Akihiko was in it.

Did you know that the Protagonist has been given a name, and it's not Charlie Tunoku? THIS IS A TRAVESTY PEOPLE.

Having said that, I'm cautiously optimistic.

The plot may be common knowledge by this point but I'll still be interested to see how they adapt it, and I'll never complain about more time spent with the Investigation Team.

The anime was stand alone from the video games, hardly any connection between the two. Whilst P4 and the anime look pretty much the same. Sadly I don't think this will be good, although I am hopeful.

I actually quite liked it. It wasn't the usual happy crazy anime most people like to watch--it had some weird thought provoking situations that made you think about how you felt about it... instead of your feelings being hand fed to you.
