The strong shy warrior known as Parn will do anything to protect his friends, and return honor and glory to his family name.
Short Beginnings
Parn's father Tessius was one of Valis's greatest warrior knights. Tessius left Parn at a young age to undertake a secret quest. That quest resulted in the Tessius being thrown out of the order of Valis knights. Now with his family name shamed young Parn must embark on a quest to regain honor. Eager and fool hearty Parn is whisked away early in the war.
The Beginning of An Adventure
When he sees the mayor's daughter being attacked by goblins Parn kills one to scare them off. Fearing a goblin counter-attack Parn and his friend Etoh journey off to attack the goblin's lair. When they arrive they find the lair empty and the elf Deedlit tells them that the goblins are attacking the defenseless village. Parn rushes to defend the village however he is too inexperienced and nearly gets killed. The magic of the wizard Slayn saves Parn and the monsters retreat. The villagers decide that Parn cannot stay in the village and must leave both for the safety of the village and to explore what is going on on Lodoss. Parn sets fire to his home and sets off on his quest alone. His friend Etoh, the wizard Slayn and the dwarf Ghim join him on his quest.
