Pandaman is a joke character from the One Piece series by Eiichiro Oda. The series first began serialization in Shueisha's Weekly Shōnen Jump on August 4, 1997. He's appeared in various cameos throughout the series run, and he first appeared during the Baratie Arc that began in Volume 5.

His first manga appearance was in One Piece Vol. 5, CH. 44 "Three Cooks", and his first anime appearance was in One Piece - Episode 16 "Protect Kaya! Usopp Pirate Gang Takes Action". His character in the Japanese series is voiced by Mahito Oba, and No actor is credited in the English dub.
