Tobi will probably have a better power set, it's always like that in Anime/Manga

true but the manga is diffrent and ive all ready read up to chapter 432 so i no everything about pain in the manga!!!!

I have questions about that 'Shinra Tensei" move, what is it exactly?

its a kekki genki that has the same ability as neji with seeing charckra points and he can block all phisical moves that tuch him and he can also draw the enemy in or push them away like in starwars fourse push and pulls!! and 'Shinra Tensei" can also insinerate  intire village by useing all of his chackra from his other bodies!

Is it like Telekinesis, Magnetism and Gravitational Manipulation?
What about the chakra usage?

he has a certain amount of chakra in each body and can add or take away amounts of chakra to eney body he wants, he can do all of that with his piecings on his bodyand thats also how he controls the other bodies as well and yes he has Magnetism and Gravitational Manipulation but no Telekinesis yhat im aware
of?
