Hanzo was the leader of the Rain village whom fought Jiraiya, Orochimaru, and Tsunade in their youth and is the one that dubbed them the "Sannin." He was infamous and revered in all ninja villages.

Pain launched a huge invasion of Konoha and all of the ninjas tried to stop him, including hinata

Iruka is a teacher of Naruto; he is greatly appreciated. He is the first person that showed respect for Naruto.

Jiraiya is a member of the Legendary Sannin from the Hidden Leaf Village, Naruto's mentor and godfather, and the author of scurrilous romance novels.

Kakashi Hatake is a ninja of the Hidden Leaf Village and the Jonin leader of Team 7. With the Sharingan Eye, he can copy any jutsu he sees. This earned him the name the "Copy Ninja".

Kiba is a member of the inuzuka clan. He is always seen with his companion Akamaru.

Yuuhi Kurenai is an elite Jounin Ninja of the Hidden Leaf Village, she is also Team 8's squad leader, and the teacher of Shino, Hinata, and Kiba. She had a romantic relationship with Asuma, and is carrying his only child. She specializes in Genjutsu, or the illusionary Ninja art.

Kuromaru is the ninja-hound partner of Tsume Inuzuka from the Hidden Leaf Village.

Naruto Uzumaki is a hyper-active ninja of the Hidden Leaf Village and a member of Team 7. Shortly after his birth, the Nine-Tailed Fox was sealed inside of him, but this was kept a secret from him for years. Still, he dreams to become the greatest ninja, the Hokage.

Orochimaru, one of the Legendary Sannin, yet a vile monster , mostly a snake like person, twisted and mindless, he is the definition of pure evil and the ones who follow.

Riichi is a jonin-ninja from the Hidden Leaf Village.

Shikamaru Nara is a lazy but brilliant ninja of the Hidden Leaf Village and a member of Team 10 as their strategist. He uses a family ninja technique that can control shadows.

Tsume is the mother of Kiba and Hana Inuzuka. Her companion is a wolf named Kuromaru.

Utakata is the Jinchuriki of the Six-Tailed Slug.
