Transformers Prime returns after a 2 month long hiatus with a new episode, and the start of the regular series. Masters and Students, it's sixth episode premieres this Friday, February the 11th on The Hub (check local listings as airtime varies heavily based on time-zone on this network) This episode will also mark the first appearance of cult favorite Skyquake to not only the series but to animation, as the character has only appeared in comic books prior to this episode, and will feature the Decepticon newcomer battling Optimus Prime in his debut.

Neat, I'm looking forward to it but, god I wish someone would step on the bratty Poindexter kid.  One thing I loved most about Beast Wars/Machines is that there were no humans in the show (cavemen don't count).  Squishy humans always screw things up.

I agree on him, though Jack and Miko are OK

@EganTheVile1:  Well, Jack's okay but I still haven't decided on Miko yet.  She's a bit too eager, but we'll see if the show tones down her effervescence.   Either way, I'm watching provided it doesn't coincide with new episodes of Young Justice.  I think the Hub reruns the show at midnight on Fridays so I should be okay.

@PenguinDust:  I watch YJ and SWCW on Video on Demand since I'm usually out Friday nights, I think earliest air times of TF Prime are 5 pm on the east coast and 2 pm on the west, and yeah regardless pretty sure you are right about midnight airings, and the hub's official page has been pretty good about streaming G.I, Joe Renegades and Deltora Quest episodes shortly after airing so who knows they may do the same for prime.

I hope it becomes a trend to bring in Transformers that where exclusive to the other media (comics, games, ect.)

Remember those cheap spark spewing monsters? Not so much talking Grotusque or Repignus, but those three ultra simple Transformer monsters with a big wheel on the bottom that spit out sparks and their transformation really just consisted of sliding up the monster head and folding out the arms? Throw them in an episode cause they were like some of the only G1 guys with no real back stories, oh and the action masters, gotta put the action masters in as canon fodder, errrr characters who tragically fall in combat due to their misfortune of not having an alt mode....
OMG and if they can get Marvel to sign off on it..... DEATH'S HEAD!!!!!!!!

@EganTheVile1:  Yeah I honestly thought they did. but then again the only piece of media I got from them is that one add in the Headmasters origin comic.

@Kelleth:
Never read that, well it might be nice for Devcon (random thought) to be brought back, only characters I know are coming back in Prime for sure are Wheeljack, Breakdown, and Knockout, oh and Soundwave's drone is called Buzzsaw, so no not Laserbeak if anyone was wondering but the other bird

@EganTheVile1:  I honestly think Ratbat needs to be in a new media too. He's the second most badass of Soundwave's tapes and the only one to actually lead an group of decepticons

@EganTheVile1:  Wait I just remembered. The fire spewers did in fact appear in Marvel continuity in Megatron's (then dead at the time) faction as wardens keeping several Autobots locked up. Who then escape and then end up on in a Human made death ring for cybertronians.
And my crappy memory prevails: http://transformers.wikia.com/wiki/Firecon

@EganTheVile1:  Well according to the wikia I was in fact wrong about both Megatron (though being Galvatron is a form of being absent IMO) and the Autobots. But that just proves how f'd up the comics where continuity-wise since the next story which followed up was Starscream having absorbed a super computer of sorts with both Optimus and MEGAtron present. And the next volume a team-up between the Transformers and .M.A.S.K. without following up on the previous story. Honestly its no wonder I can't really remember most of what I read there xD

@EganTheVile1:  Sorry xD But now that we are talking about it any way:

lol

Also apparently Ratbat has led 2 big decepticon groups in the past both in separate continuities so screw Ravage, Ratbat is the most awesome tape around ^^
