One Piece Film: Strong World Episode: 0 is the animated version of the Volume 0, that was part of a celebration for the 10th Anniversary of the One Piece manga create by Eiichiro Oda. Episode 0 is the third OVA of the One Piece anime based upon the manga. It was never aired as part of the regular anime series, but released as a special OVA. It was released in April 27, 2010 in a limited run of 3,000 copies.
