Omoi is a Hidden Cloud ninja and a relative of Karui. He's a part of Team Samui. He and his team are ordered by the Raikage to travel to the Hidden Leaf Village and locate Sasuke Uchiha. He is now a member of the Surprise Attack Division.
He is very level-headed and a more cautious than his team mate Karui. He seems to exaggerate the end result of minor things alot, one time Karui threw a rock at him and he believed it would cause an avalanche and destroy the village hidden by the leaves. He also likes to make fun of Karui's fierce personality, she then has a habit of striking him soon after.
