In the city of Otagibana, if students are in need of help. They go to the Otagi Bank. A school club that assist students needs in any way possible and by any means. In this modern fairytale, the Otagi Bank helps a new Cinderella find her Prince (of Tennis) Charming.

The first episode introduces the members of the club, as well as the circumstances under which Ryoushi Morino joins it. The club's case in this episode focuses on the request of Haibara Kakari, a girl in the Tennis Club who has a crush on the club's star, Akihiro Ōji . Earlier he had been in an accident which has been preventing him from playing tennis and is now contemplating leaving the sport entirely. Haibara wants the Otogi Bank is to stop him from quitting.
As his first task in the club, Ryoushi is tasked with stalking the injured Akihiro and to stop him from handing in his club resignation form. Unfortunately, Ryoushi's ability at tailing his target is obliterated when others look at him and he curls into the fetal position under anyone's stares. A last ditch effort to stop Akihiro from resigning ends up with him getting kicked in the face by Haibara. She and the rest of the Otogi Bank make their escape, but Haibara accidentally leaves one shoe at the scene.
In Cinderella-like fashion, the Prince (of Tennis) looks for the girl who the shoe belongs to.
