Overview

Nisekoi is the anime adaptation of the Naoshi Komi romantic comedy manga series published by Shueisha.

Licensing

For audiences outside of Japan, Crunchyroll is legally streaming the anime series for the following countries: North America, South America, and South Africa. Its simulcast airs every Saturday starting on January 11 at 9:00 am Pacific Time.

For Daisuki, the company streams the anime series around the same time as Crunchyroll for the following territories: United States, Canada, South America,and South Africa.

Plot

Raku Ichijou: the young scion of a powerful mob family in town. Chitoge Kirisaki: a short-tempered athletic girl who comes from a rival mob family. In order to maintain peace between the two sides, Ichijou and Kirisaki have been arranged to be married. But Kirisaki hates his guts and Ichijou has eyes for another girl in his class named Kosaki Onodera. However, the two are forced to keep up appearances in order to prevent their families from going to war across the city.

To complicate things further, Ichijou remembers a promise he made to marry the girl who holds the key to a locket he carries with him, but both Onodera and Kirisaki have a key! Which one of them was his real childhood friend?
