Nightmare hates hospitals because of shots. Nightmare is also very sickly, so any excitement or agitation will cause him to vomit blood.Relationship with Alice
Nightmare meets Alice in a dream twice. Only in volume 4 of the Country of Hearts, Nightmare actually meets Alice in the flesh due to the April season's rules making the seasons change within the day instead of time.
