Until then I will just have to pass the time by posting some of my favorite Engrish in Japan, China, and all across Asia. Engrish is a misuse of the English language by people who don’t normally use the language. Sometimes it is an honest mistake anyone can make, but most of the time it is the use of random words for no particular reason. Basically, it is the Japanese equivalent of westerners who wear weird kanji shirts, and sport kanji tattoos. We are not laughing at you Japan, we are laughing with you (but that means you have to laugh too.)

Funny stuff! What do they think buying a shirt like that!?
Free is Free
Shit is Shit
Damn!
Pretty Epic!
Oh and I'm guilty of having a shirt with random katakana characters on it (doesn't mean anything though said my Japanese friend)
I'd like to design some shirts to. "Hey all! My so wet! Remember the hippo!" will never be as funny when you know what you are doing though.
We have some of this in Sweden too, not much since our understanding of English is quite a bit higher than in Japan. However my parants have a flashlight called "Mission Cop 2" that sounds like some random English too me, someone thought that a cop is cool and a cop on a mission is even better, and what can be better than the sequel to that!?
