Since I cannot edit articles without a thread version, here is my correction.

I asked Wakanim for their Space Dandy info.

For The Anime Network, I have to wait and see because I think they do delaycasts instead of simulcasts.

Marshal Victoryon Jan. 23, 2014 at 6 p.m.

@takashichea: Yeah they piggy back off of Hulu alot an they piggy back off of to.

Just a dam shame i cant get the anime network to not lag for me.

takashichea moderator on Jan. 23, 2014 at 6:31 p.m.

I realized that Wakanim didn't give me a time zone since they're a European company. I think it's GMT. Oh well, I manage to edit the article to include the time. I didn't notice we had an article until Marshal reply to me.

@Marshal Victory:

I don't use Anime Network. I used it once. I prefer HULU and Crunchyroll's videos.

Marshal Victoryon Jan. 23, 2014 at 6:43 p.m.

@takashichea: Starting to prefer Hulu over Crunchyroll . Then Hulu will have the adds that can mess up the player so have to refresh the page. Even tho Hulu will rember where i left off in the story it forces me to watch all the comercials again to that point.

takashichea moderator on Jan. 23, 2014 at 6:53 p.m.

@Marshal Victory:

On the PS3 console, Crunchyroll crashes often than HULU for me if I have to deal with long anime series because the videos are arranged in a line. HULU separates videos by season with multiple rows. What I hate about HULU is the ads will mess up the video and restart the ads again. You can't skip ads or your video will lag. I try skipping theme songs because HULU likes sticking ads after the theme song and right before recaps if you're binging One Piece like I did for winter break.

I'll do a review on Crunchyroll and HULU's services. I actually use both now. I'm used to be Crunchyroll, but I saw HULU's video library is bigger because it includes old shows and new shows. For some reason, they take Crunchyroll's simulcasts a season later. If you have patience, HULU is all the way if you prefer more content. For me, I can't wait. I need Crunchyroll, and Crunchyroll's video quality, 720P, is much better than HULU's video quality. For a wiki editor, I need the best shots I can get. HULU's subtitles, watermarks, and poor image quality isn't good for wiki editors.

From an anime fan's perspective, if you're patient and want to save money, use HULU. If you want image quality, current anime, and no ads, go with Crunchyroll.

Look for some Vice Pit coverage of that in the near future...

Marshal Victoryon Jan. 23, 2014 at 10:03 p.m.

@takashichea: Agree with what say there. Tho I have no experiance with any thing other than pc on watching anime. Use a nice Dell monitor 24inch wide screen at 1920x1200 dpi so higher than standard 1080 high def.

On Chrunchyrol pc wise the comercials will repete. Tho they never crash or cause me to refresh. So I will see same comerical twice before the show resumes. An if I use their highest definiton seting it lags. Then requires buffering. Where as Hulu its no problem. So pc wise Hulu plays better but its 4 comericals an any one of those could make me have to refresh the page.

The high definiton is only something i want if its a newer anime. Older stuff it doesnt bother me being lower dpi.

takashichea moderator on Jan. 24, 2014 at 8:05 p.m.

All right! I'm a fan of that show. I need to work on its wiki project.

@Marshal Victory:

Oh yeah, I have Crunchyroll and HULU subscription. I didn't know about Crunchyroll's ads if you don't have a subscription. It's good to know.

Marshal Victoryon Feb. 2, 2014 at 8:09 p.m.

Witch Craft Works may well be for me at least the most unexpected gem of the season. From animation to fast paced but clever story , even the back grounds are highly detailed. Just increadably well put together anime.
