
And I'm pretty sure that this anime will certainly have those connotations as well, since Seiri is also a pun (physiology and/or menstruation) and it revolves around a sociology class (I believe in university) focused entirely on human sex.
Note that while the manga is undoubtedly a full M-rated title, it's not an out-and-out hentai; it's part of the MorningKC line that also publishes Peepo Choo, Chi's Sweet Home, and another manga-turning-anime, Giant Killing.
By the by, some of you may already be familiar with some of TAGRO's work: in addition to his original and generally more adult works, he did the art for the Himawari Den! manga, which bridged the gap between the first and second seasons of the anime.
