“Don’t treat me like an invalid. I’m revving at full throttle once more!”
Yes! Yes! A thousand times, yes! At last, Al’s got a kickass, affirmative slogan you can stick on your Harley! I hope above hopes that this becomes his catchphrase.
The rat man showing up here is a good example of how to keep character readily identifiable. It could’ve been 20 episodes or more since he and the rest of Greed's chimeras were around, but I remember him because he had a distinct visual. That's less so with Rose and the various soldiers that’ve popped up again after long absences. I have been harping on this lately, because this cast is getting huge!
Speaking of characters who’ve been away... Ling’s back! Or Greed. Whatever you want to call him. I was thinking it’d been a while since we’d seen the guy. Glad that the identity crisis continues as these two jockey for control. Now that we’ve seen Envy’s true form, I think I’ve got a better idea of the whole possession thing works here. Greed’s true form must be some kind of slug that gets inserted into the host body, right? Or maybe it’s that fiery ghost, because the true form differs from homunculis to homunculis?
Or do not all the homunculi need hosts? Either way, Greed's back and he and Pride have come to a warrin’. I can't call how this brawl's going to play out, but it's looking to be a bloody good show.
I’ve compared the Homunculis to the Sith and the structure of this whole thing to LORD OF THE RINGS, and now we’re seeing the real crux of of all these big epics… the created army of the enemy. STAR WARS had the clones, LOTR had the Uruk-Hai and even MATRIX had the tripled swarm of Sentinels. Now, FMA’s got these things that're being shown to Olivier. No matter how big the cast gets, I don't know they'll handle a whole legion of homunculi.

Also, next episode has one of the BEST fights in the series.
the dub is very good.
Ah hell... that might've been before I knew I had to stay after the credits.
I can see that. Deep-seated conspiracy. Occultism and the like.
It was pretty good when I was watching it. I just ran out of dubbed episodes, so I opted to watch the rest subbed.
The final arc? Aren't there like 20 episodes left?
If all you lunatics want me to watch to the end, uninterrupted, be sure to keep commenting!
I'm going to have to bookmark this for later.
Yeah, the final arc starts at 46 and goes all the way to the end.
And you know I do my best to comment!
