Beyond, anime lovers, a taste of things to come. The first full production from the Halo Legends line, titled Babysitter, is now available for your consumption.
That said, I'm in one of those terrible places where I can't listen now, so I'm posting sight unseen, and must rely on you readers to tell me how it is. So... how is it?
Thanks Haseo, for keeping us all very informed about Halo

I think I found some friendless dude, or something who at the very least turned off notifications.
So I have a question after seeing this why do the ancient structures on that world look like Japanese shiro ( 城 ) and some Mesoamerican stuff. I mean granted they didn't say that they were directly Forerunner structures but usually when it comes to ancient strucutres that predate the Covenant and Humanity it's Forerunner, which look like this. http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/8/89/Forerunner_concept_h2.png
Its unfortunately kind of a quagmire. I didn't realize when I went forward with the information I had that it was only available for one day, and that subsequently it would be removed.
The justification that went through my head was that it was available freely to those who went over, so short cutting it, as often is the case with non-embeddable trailers (very much so on Japanese sites) is just the order of the day. It was Also since my understanding was that it was to promote Halo Legends anyway, as only one of the many shorts.
I do regret it now, knowing it wasn't a one-shot promotional, and that they will be cycling through several of these, though after a lengthy discussion with Gia we believe the damage has already been done and do not currently plan on taking it down. The video still serves the purpose of promoting legends, and to frantically pull our video and hide our tail between our legs doesn't change the fact that 500 copies of it are circulating openly and are but a google search away. Since the original viewing was to promote buzz for it anyway, and since Bungie seems disenclined to comment against or take action against the numerous videos on youtube (where it is relatively easy to get videos pulled) it doesn't seem that it has denied their original purpose. Besides, if it becomes an issue, the problem will resolve itself with the removal of the video from youtube and all places that have embedded it.
That said, knowing a number of the other episodes are seeing mini-releases in the coming months, I have no intents to publicly air them here, no matter how readily available they are (but will be promoting them on their designated day.)
Just kind of "web-friends" with Frankie over at 343. He'd been spending a fair amount of time getting the stuff taken down from youtube and when I saw this I was... annoyed, if just because I know how busy he'd been stopping stuff like this, to see it put somewhere so..influencial. Ye have alot of sway over your readers (like moi :D) and it was almost like subliminally saying "It's okay to watch it on youtube".
Either way, thanks for the informative reply, happy to see that ye at least considered it.
*hugs awesome John*
And it's down.
But onto bigger (and better things).
'The Duel' is up for today (Saturday 21st).
I just watched it... :O
It's amazing.
It's a story about an Arbiter (an important icon in Elite culture).
It's from Production I.G. (the one with Mamoru Oshii as Creative Supervisor).
:O
So good.
