Vice TV: Become a Beautiful Anime Girl

In the name of God Len, I will right all wrong and triumph over evil, and that means you!

Become a Beautiful Anime Girl: Did you know anime noses are sharp and pointy? Kaiji know, and Michelle Phan knows it as well. Here she shows the world how to transform a normal ugly non-Sailor Moon face, into a beautiful Sailor Moon face. Looking for a quick Halloween costume? Let Michelle’s tips help you out. And thanks to the message at the end of the video, I can now walk out into the world dressed as Sailor Moon, and know that the world can not judge me for what I look like.

Nico Nico Chorus “Good (gay) Morning”: We in the business call this “nightmare fuel”, and if you don’t know what I’m talking about, take a look at this video. Though, I really wanted to call it, “Gundam Wing in a nutshell”, but I know that would make someone angry. A must watch for anyone who is a connoisseur of music.

Crazy Mugen Nico Nico Meme Character: Basically this is a character for the Mugen, create your own fighter game, where all his attacks are from different internet memes from Nico Nico. Weird, to say the least, but I demand that they put this character in the next Street Fighter game. I don’t care if McDonalds will charge you an arm an a leg, I just don’t care.

Gintama X Black Lagoon: Ever wanted to see what Gintama would look like if it was super serious all the time? Well, then give this MAD a whirl. Also I totally recommend Gintama, it’s fantastic, and you can catch it all on Crunchyroll.

Nanoha StrikerS Epic Epicness of Epictoria: Here is a fun little MAD featuring everyone’s favorite magic girl Nanoha and friends (who just happen to be her enemies as well.) I have a theory that Nanoha is actually Kenshiro’s daughter, but I don’t have DNA tests to back up my hypothesis.

The Entire One Piece Storyline, in Four Minutes: Here is an AMV that FoxxFireArt introduced me to, so my thanks go to him. Basically, this AMV takes all that is awesome about the entire One Piece storyline, and makes it assessable in about four easy minutes. Now you don’t have to watch the 400 + episodes, you can thank me later!

Firefighters Are Awesome: Here is Go Go Rescue Fire’s second opening, sung by JAM Project of course. In Japan, each fire house has their own super robot that helps put out fires and the like. Also, according to this opening, each firefighter has his own sword as well.

Loads of nice videos once again. As i have said before, i just love this segment of Animevice.

I have gotten more and more interested in tokusatsu lately, but I still haven't gotten around to the Tomika Hero series. I have mostly watched Kamen Rider and Garo so far, but will probably get into Rescue force and Rescu Fire soon. Great opening by JAM Project anyways.

Great Nanoha AMV as well. I still haven't seen Strikers, but the first two seasons were really good.

Also, thats a great recap of One Piece. Makes me want to get back up to date with the show.

And i thought I should help out with posting a video myself, and its more tokusatsu goodness. Its a trailer for an upcoming Korean TV series called
SF X Fantasy: Rayforce. Good costume designs, neat CGI and what little you get from the story makes it seem like the plot could be interesting and fairly original then most things in the genre. And damn, I love this song!

@GodLen: to be noted the eroge nanoha came from(yes the producer is also eroge producer, nanoha is a side character, you dirty lech) her father and mother while not having anything besides newspaper for the father and kitchen kinfe for the mother, have beaten up few thousand ninja, you know what? i am going to make family tree of badasses

That is a good One Piece AMV. It's just too bad the image quality is so bad. That could really use a remake with some high quality graphics. I like it, because of the how the song is mixed with her perfect imagery. The song really fits the mood too. It really does sum up what is so great about One Piece.

I found another one that I thought was lost on youtube. It's a really unique AMV for One Piece. This one actually has decent image quality.

Love the crazy MUGEN video.
Devillyon Oct. 25, 2009 at 11:53 a.m.
@Lance_McCloud: hmmm still like ereXion more it has a unique feel to it unlike Rayforce which gives of an Teakwon V feel (Seriously the villain is a Oni Rider)

And if you want to try Tomica out i would say start with Madan Senki Ryukendo since that is the first true series of the Tomica franchise
Lance_McCloudon Oct. 25, 2009 at 12:59 p.m.
@Devilly: Im no expert on tokusatsu as I mentioned, just begun to get interested in the genre so thanks for the info. I have seen clips of Ryukundo, but it just seems like one of the most cheesy and stereotype tokusatsu out there, but I guess i shouldn't judge it based on that. Rescue Force looked much more interesting to me either way.
Kelleth moderator on Oct. 26, 2009 at 6:15 a.m.
@Lance_McCloud: You should judge it your right!! just don`t do it right away lol and i`m not gonna defend the series it has its cheesiness but its a kids show and that cheesiness made it so great  (tv nihon consider it one of the best series they ever subbed btw)
Lanon Oct. 26, 2009 at 8:36 a.m.
That make-up tutorial vid was pretty neat. I always wondered how you could make your face look more anime like. I don't think I'll be jumping on that idea anytime soon, but regardless it's pretty neat. And I love me some Nanoha. :) I haven't gotten that far in StrikerS yet.
Lance_McCloudon Oct. 26, 2009 at 8:59 a.m.
@Kelleth: If it has that cheesiness I might as well skip it then and watch something that looks more interesting though. I might get around to it some day, but no mater how good it is, there are so many series like that so I rather watch something that seems more original like Garo or Cutie Honey.
Kelleth moderator on Oct. 26, 2009 at 9:59 a.m.
@Lance_McCloud: I actually meant all toku has its cheesiness Cutie Honey too
Lance_McCloudon Oct. 26, 2009 at 10:20 a.m.
@Kelleth: Oh, i completely agree. I just found it a bit hard to see what your point was there. There is more or less some cheese to all tokustasu series. And I'm not saying I would never watch Ryukendo because it looks cheesy and stereotypical, I know better then to discard something because of first impression, but I its quite low on my list of series to watch. What got me the most was the forced posing sound-effects, mediocre costume designs and bland CGI. But I have only seen clips of it, and if the characters and story are interesting that far more important.

And yeah, Cutie Honey is extremely cheesy, but I will still argue that its a more original toku series then most others, (Cutie Honey The Live that is, haven't seen the 2004 movie) what with the female protagonist, lack of plastic suits and the mix of silly ecchi comedy and love for decapitation. And it has Mark Musashi in it. That counts for a lot. :D

@Lance_McCloud: have you ever thought about moving into sentai?
ethan staff on Oct. 26, 2009 at 5:34 p.m.
I love the chicks voice in the Sailor Moon video.
GodLen staff on Oct. 26, 2009 at 7:31 p.m.
@ethan: that's not all you love Ethan, let's be honest here.
Lance_McCloudon Oct. 26, 2009 at 8:47 p.m.
@GodLen: The only experience I have of Super Sentai is watching the first Power Rangers when i was younger, and recently watching Ninja Storm and Dino Thunder, They were OK and I guess the origin series could be just as fun to watch, but it seems just as hard as it was to get into Kamen Rider, and so far I have only seen Kabuto, half of Den-O, Kiva and Decade. I liked all of them but Kabuto and Decade were the best, where Kiva had some good ideas but had a boring middle, and Den-O was fun at times, but the overall story was just boring and slow with to little good action overall.  I'm also watching W right now and its quite good so far. I guess I should give one of the Sentai series a try when I worked my way through a few of the other things I'm watching right now. Just don't know where to start with Super Sentai. Any suggestions?

As far as Toku goes I'm limiting myself to only Kamen Rider. I love cheese. After all, I am a child of the sun!!

Dude putting aside the voice, that smile she gives in between putting on the different layers of make-up is f*cking enchanting. I was at the same time fascinated and creeped out at that video.

I fell out of watching Gintama at about episode 40, now there's what? 200 episodes? I just don't have the strenght to catch up. Weirdly awesome show though.

I'm pretty sure that if magical girl series were badass, Nanoha would be it.

Epic is the definition of One Piece.

nico nico, um. What's going on? who's attacking? mrfgrlbg!
Kelleth moderator on Oct. 27, 2009 at 4:03 a.m.
@Lance_McCloud: I`d say Liveman if you don`t like the idea just go to my list for any other ideas.

Yeah I agree, the whole video is creepy.  Im guessing cause its so very well produced.  Her voice is angelic.

@Lance_McCloud: I agree with Kelleth mostly, I'd try out Gekiranger or Shinkenger first.

@GodLen: On a totally unrelated note check this out Rayforce official art
