Vice TV: Battle of the Bands

Better than Woodstock.

To Zanarkand: Here is an amazing rendition of "To Zanarkand" from Final Fantasy X by two members of the Nico Nico community. Though, it could be one person with two hoodies, as impossible as that sounds.  It doesn't matter who these people are, they could be raptors in human clothing for all i care; what really matters is that this music is amazing. Everyone stand up and clap now!

  Samurai Sentai Shinkenger With Violin: Here is our favorite masked violinist, that nameless Scream guy!  Here is plays the opening theme to Samurai Sentai Shinkenger. This is a great reminder to how epic this song is.

 Princess Mononoke Time: Here is out next contender, the Devildom String Orchestra, playing "The Legend of Ashitaka". Quite professional for a person who is wearing a giant frog on his head.

  Macross F: The super stars of Nico Nico have joined forces to play Macross Frontier's  "Seikan Hikou ~Interstellar Flight~ ". Don't play dumb, it's that song where Ranka acts all cute and everything. (Wait, that's all songs, right?)

     Ash Like Snow: The Scream boy returns with Gundam 00's "Ash Like Snow".  You won over my heart with your performance before, now you are mine forever.

    There is Always Room for Naruto: Here is the hardcore Sensory playing Naruto's "Fighting Dreamers". The live-action Naruto creepy cosplayer guy really does sell it for me.

   Fullmetal Alchemist: Let's finishes things off with a nice piano solo. This is Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood's "Again", played by Ninjanguyen. He sort of slows things down and makes it sound just right for a piano. Great job, I can't wait to hear this played in church; that's if i went to church.

I know two bands that only use cello's and make great covers

I just love that scream mask guy - He picks cool songs, plays them magnificently, and I dunno what it is with his style, but he just makes them sound flat out awesome even though it's just one violin!

So awesome! I especially love Interstellar Flight played by the Trio. And To Zanarkand was so beautiful and melancholy and made me want to go play FFX.

 @HeeroYuy: I love him too. His arrangements are fantastic!

I also really like this song too

@rocketbomber: Ok, he does win. However, he is disqualified for showing his face.
rocketbomberon Nov. 16, 2009 at 2:43 p.m.
@GodLen:

I think he wanted to go masked, but when weighed against the fact that this video (and others) have probably gotten him laid so many times he walks funny -- and he's Swedish, and the folks there are just plain hot -- he had to bravely go against internet tradition and actually embrace minor internet celebrity.
giaon Nov. 16, 2009 at 2:46 p.m.
@rocketbomber: Well-played, sir!
rocketbomberon Nov. 16, 2009 at 3:10 p.m.
@gia:

Yeah.  There's that "Oh, Wow" moment at 1:45.
