Need to Catch Up?

Today's Episode: The Miraculous Language of Angels

Mooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooookooooooooooooooooooooo! Bwahahaha. She's joined in the LME Love-Me goodness, and she'll have quite the time of it, don't you think?

But moving on to the matter at hand: Maria is quite the little charmer/terror, isn't she? I don't think any of us doubt that Kyoko will find some way to get through to her, just like she did to Ruriko, but how do you think it'll go? How will she perform the role? Let's find out!

I love how Lory's a grandfather but looks like he's 40.

@Konanda: Everyone looks younger in anime, unless they're young, in which case they look older ;) I'd guess Lory to be in his mid to late 50s (if you don't believe that people in their 50s and even 60s can be damn spry, let me introduce you to my mother!), and Maria is probably...I'd guess 8. So, for easy math's sake, let's say Lory is probably around 58, so Maria was born when he was 50. If he'd had a kid at 25, that would make his son 25 at Maria's birth, which is pretty believable.

If you want a more real-world explanation, though, Lory is the master of one of the biggest talent agencies in Japan. Not only does he have a lot of money, given that he's in entertainment he probably has a lot of access to experts who can help keep him (and his stars) looking fresh and young. :)

Very clever on Kyoko's part, I can't find a better way to say it than Lory did, two birds with one stone. I hope we see her full potential before the final episode, unlike a certain Mahjong-playing main character who's anime was cut short.

Oh yes I have learned about anime logic before (I would probably even say Lory looks younger than 40 I just wanted to keep something close to what he probably is) were everyone looks like either a young adult in their 20's to 30's, a loli, a very small child, or a very old and decrepit centurian for the most part. Also as for spry, energetic people in their late 50s to mid 60s I've seen quite a few of them (my parents included) and Lory's connections and extravagant wealth is quite evident in all the awesomely ridiculous and strange things he does. I mean who wouldn't want to ride a camel around their office one day, and the next be fencing with a professional, while dressed up as a European monarch from the 16th century. I’ll tell you who people who hate fun.

Amen

@Konanda: He just needs to keep wearing awesome outfits and spouting powerful non-sense and I'll stop caring how old he's supposed to be.
