Two New Dragon Ball: Revenge of King Piccolo TV Spots

This makes me wish I had a Wii.

I have for you all two brand new television spots for the Nintendo Wii game Dragon Ball: Revenge of King Piccolo; set to be released in America sometime between tomorrow and the robot apocalypse (or July 23 in Japan.) For those of you out of the Dragon Ball game loop, Revenge of King Piccolo is a 2D side scroller that takes place during the original Dragon Ball story; none of that Z business is in here.

These videos don’t show a lot of the actual gameplay, but it looks damn good for what it is. I don’t know if it's just me, but watching videos of this game makes me want to see a remake of the old series, with new animation and everything. An Otaku can dream, can’t he?

Forgive for my cynicism but have their been any reviews, Famitsu perhaps?
It's probably early, unless review builds were sent out a while ago...

Dig Deeper into Dragon Ball

Akira Toriyama's Dragon Ball franchise is about the adventures of Goku and his friends from his early childhood to his death and beyond. It begins with a young Saiyan boy named Goku after falling of a cliff and losing his memory, and leads on to an adventure of a lifetime!
