Note that although Heiretsu is a Wii game, it's not the same as Gekidou, the unpopular Haruhi dancing game for Wii...Heiretsu is more of a visual novel, from the look of things. That said, Sega and Kadokawa are planning on a new campaign where people who buy both Wii games can enter a drawing to get tickets for a special live event. The DS game will be added in at some point, too. I wonder if that will help Gekidou's sales?
A popular merchandise type in Japan is the "figure", which can be an action figure or a still figure, generally of an anime or manga character (although there are any number of original designs as well).
