Ein (Phantom Requiem for the Phantom) - An assassin with such skill she was given the codename "Phantom".
Eve Neuschwanstein (Needless) - Doppelganger, an ability which allows her to shapeshift into anything (from a drill on her arm to other person's appearances). She is also shown to be able to shapeshift into a wall, which is inorganic.
Kagura (Gintama) -Expert Hand-to-Hand Combatant: Due to the yato blood running through her veins she is exceptionally strong, amazing healing abilities, an umbrella that acts as a weapon that can fire bullets like a machine-gun and able to catch bullets with her hands and mouth. (Ex Assassin)
Matsu (Sekirei) - Matsu has the power to access and analyze any electronic device on a telepathic level, Genius level Hacker.

Hmm...the following would be my 4 Girl Heroine Team:
Ikaros(Heaven's Lost Property) - At first appearance, it would not look like Angeloid Ikaros would be much of a powerhouse character, but as evidenced in the anime series (Uranus Queen Mode) and the manga (PANDORA System Evolution), Ikaros can neutralize nearly any target with a staggering arsenal of energy-based attacks and with her ridiculous shield abilities, is nearly untouchable when actively using either system. Ikaros would be the Tank for my team.
Saber(Fate/stay Night) - An expert female swordsman, Saber would be perfect for close-quarters combat against her team's foes. Deadly with her sword, Saber would be the CQC/Crowd Control piece of my team.
Boa Hancock(One Piece) - Using a combination of the powers gifted to her by the Devil Fruit that she ingested (turns people who harbor any love for her into stone) and her natural-born beauty, Boa Hancock makes a great asset to the team by captivating the hearts of any male/female enemy in the area and using her powers to neutralize the threat.
Nymph(Heaven's Lost Property) - Having a mastery of hacking into any electronic or computer based system (perk of being an Electronic Warfare: Type Beta Angeloid), Nymph can use her talents to disable enemy technology or systems and can hack into their systems in a matter of seconds. Not only that, but she utilizes powerful energy attacks and with her PANDORA System Evolution perk (see manga), she becomes even more dangerous. Nymph would be my Master Technology Hacker member of my team.
Taking all comers eh? Challenge accepted.
"Tough Love"
While perhaps not the most powerful of the group, Rukia is the most experienced in battle and squad tactics, getting her chance to shine as a leader. Her ice powers will cool any heated situation, and while her sword may be the most beautiful in the Soul Society, it's very deadly.
Earning the title "Titania" as the most powerful female member of the Fairy Tail Guild, Erza Scarlet is an S-Class mage whose re-quipping abilities allow her to change her armour and weapons on the fly to suit almost any situation. Whatever you do, don't get on her bad side.
Once just a girl, Dr. Gero made her better... faster... stronger... it's the deadly but beautiful Android 18! She's quick and has an unlimited reservoir of energy, but let's be honest; she's more powerful than a Super Saiyan so she's clearly the powerhouse of this team.
Usually calm and collected on the outside, Saeko has a dark side deep within that drives her. While she's only human, she's extremely skilled in swordplay and dealing with hordes of them, making her ideal both for Crowd Control and as backup for Rukia when things are rough.
Picking just four is pretty tough, but I'm pretty happy with my team.
@Aleasha: Good call picking Matsu! My team's biggest weakness is probably it's lack of a hacker/genius.
@ShadowKnight508: I nearly picked Nymph for my team, glad someone chose her.
@Daniel_Newton: Thanks! Even though you don't have a lot of straight up hacker/genius you have plenty that are good at figuring out how to get what they need in a tight spot so they would figure it out maybe just not as point A to point B as someone with know how. I agree on the only picking four being hard.

Amber (DARKER THAN BLACK) - obviously because she can see into the future. (at a price a may add)
Major kusinagi (Ghost in the shell SAC) - Tactical leader/ pro hacker
Lucy (Elfien lied) - pure vector muscle lol
Genkai(spirit wave) (yu yu hakusho) - wise/powerful/ most experienced.

@Daniel_Newton: Yeah...just couldn't forget about Nymph when it came to picking my team (would have taken Matsu, but Aleasha picked her, so I stuck with the other master hacker/technology expert that I have dedicated a lot of my best wiki work to).
I am sooo happy people are getting into this! Don't we have a fight RPG in the forums we can settle some of this Smackdown? :)

I would recommend we set a time limit for users to post their teams, then set up a poll and vote it out. We could keep it on the forums or post stuff on the homepage for it and make it into a fun community event. I could organise that, if you and Tom are game.

She's a powerful mage of the Fairy Tail magical clan She uses a special type of magical armor and weapons that she can summon at any time. summon. She's had multiple experience leading S Rank missions for Fairy Tail. No one in Fairy Tail would risk defying her and making her angry.
Power House: Roberta
If you've ever watched her episodes of BLACK LAGOON and the ROBERTA'S BLOOD TRAIL. You already know that I've already one this battle.
Stealth: Nico Robin
Nico Robin has been on the run from the World Government since she was eight. She's a mature beauty who can speak and read multiple languages. She can also use ehr devil fruit powers to attack from a distance and break the bones of her opponents.
Information Gathering: Nodoka Miyazaki
Don't underestimate this innocent young girl. With her magical tools, all the needs to do is ask you a question and she can read your thoughts on her magical item. She will know exactly what you're planning. Her pure heart and adorable face would keep any of these monster women in line.
Mech Pilot: Kallen Kozuki
Kallen is the ace pilot of the Black Knights. She has the Gurren SEITEN. The most powerful KMF ever created. It will vaporize anything it touches.
