Capcom vs. SNK 2 is the best and I also do agree to that Marvel vs. Capcom 1 was better than 2.

Well when you consider MvC2 was a broken unfinished mess the end result makes it more impressive (and a better game than MvC3 ironically)

    GokaiRedon March 15, 2013 at 9:38 a.m.

Oh, I have the GC version of SNKvC 2 aswell :P

my 3 Underrated fighting games are

    Tatsunoko vs Capcom

X-men vs Street Fighter this game in the arcade (the Saturn version was the best) had so many cool elements, the environments actually changed as you played it, instead of re starting the stage or erasing the defeated sprite they would be knocked off the stage and cirtain stages had levels. only 3D fighters or MK like games do these things, the closest for 2D fighters is Street Fighter x Tekken and they ruined that game :(

Street Fighter EX 2. Yeah i said it, this game was fun, Skullomania was the bombdiggidy (ew)

Go back to anime, and leave the games to GB.

@Killer_of_trolls:You'll be happy to know the next Vice Pit will feature 110% less video game talk. We'll actively slap one another if ANYONE mentions a game console, controller, or Steam sale.

I got your back, Sam. I recall Weaponlord, and enjoyed playing the guy with the big maul. Speaking of old SNES fighters, my friend and I pitched in to buy the Ranma 1/2 fighter. And years later, we purchased the Inuyasha fighter for the PS1.

Also, Capcom vs. SNK 2 is fantastic!

    SuperTienchaon March 15, 2013 at 7:16 p.m.

@GokaiRed: Well I personally never cared much for the mvc series as I found it overrated since it was all just a bunch of broken team spamming (and Sentinel which wasn't even correctly sized). I preferred X-Men vs. Street Fighter way more along with the CvS series and even Tatsunoko vs. Capcom (if it wasn't on wii)

    GokaiRedon March 15, 2013 at 7:52 p.m.

@SuperTiencha: Yeah the MvC games do feel slippery or just too nuts (3 Cables, my gawd).

I always Play X-men vs Street Fighter in this after school club i went too, wasting my money trying to beat Apocalypse :P

I have the Classic controller pro and Arcade stick to play TvC, so i'm golden, it's a damn shame they'll be no sequel, it's better than SxT as well.

    RoninAutomatonon March 15, 2013 at 8:55 p.m.

Any word if Tatsunoko vs. Capcom will be released to other systems?

    GokaiRedon March 16, 2013 at 8:12 a.m.

    @RoninAutomaton: It won't, sorry :(

    From Capcom Unity

Our rights with Tatsunoko have lapsed fairly recently (so we're no longer allowed to sell the title physically or digitally),"

Capcom executive Christian Svensson said in a Capcom-Unity forum thread. "Unless Japan were to strike a new deal, I'd say the chances of this happening are slim

Just be thankful the Wii U is backwards compatible.

CVS2 is a classic and i have an irrational fondness for tmnt tournament fighters....but eternal champions? nah, bro...nah.

    YotaruVegetaon March 29, 2013 at 4:16 p.m.

I really want a Bushido Blade reboot.

My appreciated fighter was on a severely under-appreciated console. Yes, I'm talking about the Dreamcast! The game is called Tech Romancer. It was a fighting game involving giant robots, and it was a big change of pace for me

I checked out The Outfoxies, and I think that a game like that should still be around. Looks like a nice take on the arena style fighting game.

    YotaruVegetaon April 1, 2013 at 7:50 p.m.

@SuperTiencha: If the Sentinel was correctly sized, it would just be two feet on the screen!

Dig Deeper into Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

Primarily thought of as an American franchise, the TMNT have also had their own Japanese exclusive anime series and manga volumes as well
