Welcome to the greatest thing today. I know many of us may have developed a small crush on mahjong due to our group viewing of Saki, but this takes the game to an entirely new level. Basically, and I'm taking this pearl from our beer named buddy Boddington, but "Its kind of like G-Gundam, but with Majong instead of mechs."
See, as far as its understandable, world leaders are apparently resolving deputes with games of mahjong. World leaders you say? Instead of Neo Mexico and Neo France, the Legend of Koizumi features actual world leaders like Vladimir Putin, Junichiro Koizumi, and George Bush. Yes, you weren't confused, that opening shot in the trailer is George W. Bush sleeping in Confederate flag PJs, drapped in an American flag, wearing a KKK night cap...
The 3 episode OVA comes out at the end of February, and I don't know about everyone else, but I'm super intrigued.
Not that I've suddenly become proficient in moon speak or anything, but those who have can check out the promotional stream of the first OVA.
A shoe (the shoe throwing incident)

I am definitely intrigued and wish to learn more.
