The last couple of days before a trip are always the toughest-- getting everything done while I still can!

- Ponyo has its DVD and Blu-Ray release dates in Japan set-- July 3 and December, respectively. There's also a 12-hour making of special due out on Blu-Ray on July 3.
Movies:
- According to the Publishers Weekly BEAT, actor Paul Bettany (who you may remember as The Da Vinci Code's creepy albino monk Silas) has been tapped to play the lead in the live-action adaptation of manhwa Priest.
Music:
- Tokyograph reports that actress/idol/singer Aya Ueto is getting back into music after taking some time off to focus on acting. She's doing a theme song for Reborn!, but you may remember her past themes for Zatch Bell and the live-action Ace wo Nerae! drama.
Games:
- According to Kotaku, Final Fantasy XIII is so intensive it actually sucks up nearly 100% of the PS3's CPU. Eep.
- And finally, anime!anime! reports that Gonzo is getting rid of its games division, doubtless in an attempt to help the troubled studio save money.
Okay, bedtime. Zzzz...

If Final Fantasy XIII uses almost 100% of the PS3's power, I wonder how the Xbox 360 version's going to turn out. Red Ring of Death the moment the game starts? :D
