Take a Look at Lego's newest play set: Monster!

Lego Johan is sooooo cute!

Ok, I lie, but wouldn’t it be cool if you could make your own East Germany and recreate the world of Monster with Lego? ANN has found this awesome Lego version of the opening animation from Naoki Urasawa’s Monster, hidden within the Internet Archives. It was created by Markenration Productions, and is composed almost entirely out of Lego elements. I like the little facial hair on Lego Tenma, it makes him look like a Lego porn actor. Monster definitely deserves more love than it actually gets; so love it people!  For those of you who have not watched the anime, the original opening can be found below.

I have watched the first episode of Monster but the girlfriend and her father were so rotten I just could not see watching them anymore.  I might give it another try some day though.

Read alot of the manga in bookstores. Stopped because I want to buy it. It's a bit hard to find though. Amazing stuff. I've been buying 20th Century Boys and Pluto in the mean time.

rainbowtoad :  Don't let that stop you since they are pretty minor characters. Atleast from what I have seen.

Monster!
Bought the first two volumes today coincidently.
Read the first on the train home, intriguing, but a little hard to comprehend some character motives right now.
