Finally people are starting to notice what type of art exhibitions that I like, and those are the ones that feature scantily clad figures in suggestive poses. But of course this isn’t the real reason for American artist Jessica Lichtenstien’s gallery, I’m sure it has something to do with the representation of femininity and the use of eroticism as a narrative device. This gallery will be at Gallery Nine5 in New York until the 15th of February. It features over 25 semi-nude anime figures, placed in dioramas that push art to it’s limit. Check out some of them below.

The use of dioramas actually make these rather interesting. The image I like the most is probably the one with Villetta Nu. It looks like a well done figure too. I'm going to avoid all the obvious jokes involving the one with the pool table.

Those are some nice looking figurines, and the backdrops they were put in were all very interesting.

These are all realtively interesting, though I was curious about the toilet one. Okay, maybe curious is a bad word for it.
