SaiMoe: Round Two, Fight!

Aww, it's our first round two battles! I'm getting all teary-eyed. Data via AnimeSaiMoe.org: translating SaiMoe so I don't have to waste an extra twenty minutes looking up character names!

Today's Battles 9/03:

Today we watched as the pint-sized Chiaki and her funny little mop of hair took down A Certain Magical Index's Last Order-- if I read reports correctly, she actually smothered her opponent with her teddy bear. As for Lucky Star's Yutaka Kobayakawa, well...you know how she's all gullible and stuff?...Chiaki tricked her. Into a woodchipper. Ouch.

Apparently Holo wasn't up to snuff in her battle, because it looks like she agreed to play Saki's Kana Ikeda at mah-jongg in order to win, and, well, she didn't. Kana also laid the smack-down on Lucky Star's Tsukasa Hiiragi...interesting that the two innocent/ditzy characters both took last place, eh?

Tomorrow's Battles 9/04:

  • Tomorrow we'll see Asu no Yoichi!'s AYAME IKARUGA take on Koihime Musou's SHOKATSURYOU KOUMEI and Strike Witches' MINNA-DIETLINDE WILCKE. My money's on the mahou loli.
  • Also up tomorrow are Hidamari Sketch fanart favorite YUNO, Clannad's sea-star-lovin' FUUKO IBUKI, and To Love-Ru's HARUNA SAIRENJI. I'm instinctively inclined to bank on Fuuko, though Yuno may be tough competition. Haruna?...sorry.

I'm afraid I cannot follow that order Ma'am. (the part about Holo). I don't picture Haruna getting anywhere though.
