To approximately two peoples' surprise, at least one of whom is my mother, Saki's Momoko Touyoko took home a victory today against CLANNAD's Kyou Fujibayashi. Key fans everywhere demand a recount-- all twelve of 'em. And I still don't get Momoko's hair.
 

And then I do a little victory dance, because Shugo Chara!'s Amu Hinamori TOTALLY KICKED KOMOE'S BUTT! I suppose it's not that much victory that a magical girl with four different potential transformative devices would kick the rear end of a pint-sized high school teacher from A Certain Magical Index, but hey, I'll take my victories where I can get 'em!

  • Now, I'm pretty confident that Combat Butler Hayate's Hinagiku Katsura will beat K-On! lead Yui Hirasawa. But I'm so frequently wrong on this tournament that I'm still nervous for her! H! I! N! A! HINAGIKU!
  • Those twelve Key fans are getting ready to chew their fingernails off, because tomorrow we have K-On!'s popular pigtailed almost-but-not-quite catgirl Azusa Nakano versus CLANNAD's Nagisa Furukawa. Nagisa and Ushio Okazaki are the only CLANNAD girls left in the running, and Azusa is pretty popular...

Hinagiku better win. I'll be ticked if Azusa loses to the blob, but if Hinagiku loses to the retard, I'm giving up on Saimoe.
