S!#% Guys It's Balalaika!

A hot Balalaika figure and a less-hot Revy one...

I've been waiting a long time to get my hands on a figure of Balalaika from Black Lagoon. I'm not sure if this is really the one just yet-- it's sort of an early image, and it kind of makes her look like she has no nose. On the other hand, those legs...va-va-voom! Of course, if you expected Balalaika to be a cheap date, you've got another thing comin'. At ¥16,200, she's about $172.65 USD. Youch. Okay, so this one's not for me. If she's for you, she's coming out in late November.

Fortunately, I already have a Revy, so I don't even need to consider this one...and I'm not sure I would anyway. The face looks really odd to me, a little...squished. I like what they went for, the demonic look and even poking up her bangs a bit on the sides to give a bit of a feel of "horns," but I don't find the result very attractive, personally. Certainly not ¥16,800 (USD $179) worth, anyway

...They look alright but not worth that high price. They really need to do them in action poses! That's what the show was all about.

Yes, I want to buy the Hansel or Gretel doll with with bullet in their head with blood all over it.  who know who was who at that point of the show.  Just kidding.   
 
Balalaika is really hot though.  I know it would be nice to sleep with her, but you might end up dead in the morning has she kills you in your sleep.  It still might be worth it though. ;)
