An anime series based off the manga Romeo x Juliet which in turn was an original story based off the play of the same name by William Shakespeare. This story features the famous star-crossed lovers Romeo and Juliet. The events are set in the fantasy world of Neo Verona. The story departs vastly from the traditional plot of the play.
