As a Comcast subscriber myself, I'm happy to note that the FUNimation Channel's VOD is now available to Comcast subscribers in the “Cutting Edge” and “Movies & Events” folders. It's not the linear channel, but hey, it's something.

And as an added bonus, now that FUNimation is working with VIZ, those VIZ titles are going to be available too, including Honey and Clover and Nana.

Score for the Comcast subscribers! And yes, of course sympathies to those outside of the US. But I'm still happy for me.

Comcast is annoying and their borderline illegal activities they've been trying to pull as of late are not improving my opinion of them. Plus how much more on demand can you get than *click* -wait for a funimation's page to load- *click* done?

Though for those of you who prefer watching via your cable provider, this would probably be pretty cool.

@HeeroYuy I do like watching it easily on my TV; my PS3 isn't so great with streaming videos all the time. So I think it's more of a matter of preferring ease of access on a television than preferring "watching via your cable provider." I don't think many people care where it comes from as long as they can watch it the way they want. (Case in point: fansubs.)
