Quick Picks: Bad Ass Edition

Sora_thekey brings you the best.

While this week's release lists are short in comparison to the previous week, I am sure there is some interesting stuff out this week.

 BioMega Vol. 5
 BioMega Vol. 5
VIZ Media adopted the complete list of manga this week. The post apocalyptic story inBioMega continues in the series' fifth volume. Niarudi is trying to recreate the world by preventing a zombie-style virus to continue spreading in the struggle for humanity's survival.
 Maoh: Juvenile Remix Vol. 4
 Maoh: Juvenile Remix Vol. 4
Maoh: Juvenile Remix's fourth volume is also out this week. The book is about Ando, a high school student who takes ventriloquism to another level. He has the power to make others say out loud what he's thinking. Inukai, leader of a vigilante group in a chaotic city, meets Ando unveiling a new story. Personally, I am interested for this story, and now, I have to go find volumes one through four.

 Dragon Ball Movie Collection
 Dragon Ball Movie Collection

Additionally, if you like futuristic, mutant monster battles, then Chrome Shelled Regiosmight be the anime for you. The series is about a futuristic wasteland where mutant "Contaminoid" monsters swarm this earth and the existent cities are continually in conflict. I really want that Dragon Ball Movie Collection. I have the 3 pack that came out a few years ago, but I might as well spend an extra $10 and get the whole collection over the single #4 film. Oh man I still need to get Seasons 3-5 too. So much!

You missed this last week so I'll just say, Gunslinger Girl Omnibus 1 came out last week and is $9.00 on Amazon. I can't wait till march when it comes over here.

I've been eyeing BioMega for a long time now but haven't gotten myself to actually take a look. Chrome Shelled is a decent anime that was fun to watch but I'm not tipped enough to purchase the series.

@gla55jAw:

I need Seasons 3-5, too! But that movie collection sounds tempting.

@damswedon: Thanks for pointing that out. I added to this week's list.
@sotyfan16: Same here. Yesterday I was really close to buying the first volume of BioMega but ended up buying Genkaku Picasso instead!
