Yes, folks, it's time once again for me to round up all of those press releases I haven't yet found a way to sneak into my posts here at Vice.
Let's start with one that makes me kick myself: VIZ Pictures is offering the WORLD premiere of
the third (and final) 20th Century Boys film at the New People center on Friday the 28th. Why am I kicking myself? Because I won't be in San Francisco until TWO WEEKS after that. I hope to god they run the flicks again...Can any of you make it to the premiere?

Speaking of VIZ Pictures, they also want to
remind you that they're releasing their first New People Artist Series film, the documentary Traveling with Yoshitomo Nara, on September 15th. If you're curious, more info is available

I mentioned this briefly when Crunchyroll announced that they would be streaming the Eureka Seven TV series, but it bears repeating:
tickets are now available for the
Eureka Seven movie, which will hit theaters for a one-night engagement on September 24th. That one I WILL go to!
And finally-- want to go to Japan for the Shounen Jump Festa 2010 this December (yes, December 2009, just so you don't get mixed up)? Well, if you have a spare $2298 you can most certainly do so, along with
