Pokemon Black and White Looks Delicious in Motion

Welcome to Pokemon Vice, I mean Anime Vice. We have had tons of news stories recently about this game, but I can honestly say that this is perhaps the best Pokemon news post ever! Finally we can watch a battle within this game in motion, and it looks great! Instead of sprites that only move when summoned, they are fully animated throughout the battle; also the battle animations have been vastly improved. Though I’m unsure why Hitler introduces the game in the end, but hey whatever sells. This is a must buy now, what say you people of Anime Vice?

Seriously though, resolutions on those videos are f*cked but from what I can tell, it looks pretty good. The question if the battle system is getting adressed at all still remain but I guess it doesn't matter, I'm enough of a pokemon fan that I'll play each new generation regardless, at least for now.

@RockmanBionics: Well while there aint a real excuse for the videos of the show itself, the quality of those pokemon footage clearly did not go through the bug removal.

The movement animations look so awkward, but I do like the new isometric view when roaming. Either way, I'm actually looking forward to it.

It's good that they are able to keep improving the graphics of Pokemon games, but for me until they improve the gameplay I am not interested. I am not saying the gameplay is bad, because it isn't, its just that someone like me who was there for Red/Blue would like to see something different now. Pokemon Mystery Dungeon is a decent step forward, but even that game has many problems.

I feel that they could at least evolve Pokemon into an action RPG.

That already happened. It was called Pokemon Battle Revolution. Seeing as you have either forgotten or were never aware of it shows how unimportant it was.

hmmm... the animations aren't that great, the least they could so is flinch when hit. otherwise, its nice that the animations are similar to the 3D games.

That's actually pretty awesome, I love how different it looks walking around in the streets and stuff, so different to the games before it.
Definitely looking forward to these games! And I still need to play though SoulSilver.

Dude yes, this game needs to come out sooner faster, I can't wait. Been putting myself to sleep with Pokemon games over the past few nights. God I love this series.
