Gigazine reports that a few more such drives are coming out, including one of Rei in her schoolgirl uniform (but still no Asuka?), Eva's Kaworu Nagisa, Macross Frontier's Ranka Lee and Sheryl Nome, Lucky Star's Konata, and Arsene Lupin III (Fujiko! FUUUJIIIIKOOOOO!).
Okay, as much as I'd love to see a Fujiko one, the Lupin one is pretty awesome. He comes with, among other things, a little gun you can stick in his hand. They also made one with a red jacket last year but it sold out.
Unfortunately Lupin is 2gb and everyone else is 4gb with minimal difference in price (¥3480, about $36.69 USD, versus ¥3980, about $41.96 USD), and as I've said before I love my functional merchandise best, so that matters to me. Besides which, I would probably lose Lupin's tiny little gun almost immediately. Sooo, I think I would probably wind up buying Konata or Sheryl.
