Turns out that NEC has made a replica of the phone that presumably actually works, though I haven't been able to find any information on when it's coming out or what features it actually has-- especially since its screens are, true to the original, not full-color, at least as far as I can tell.
I CAN tell, from squinting at the image long enough, that one of the features appears to be GPS on outer screen, which is the small round one. Interestingly, they seem to be marketing the image to motorcyclists-- they call it “the phone for riders.”
I am willing to bet, however, that the phone doesn't come with ¥10 billion or a direct line to a woman (computer? Unclear!) who can make anything happen per your request. (Via Danny Choo.)
If it did, though, what would be your first purchase? What would be your first request?

Another awesome feature related to that phone is that turn by turn navigation direcetions can be fed over Bluetooth enabled headsets or helmets, which would make it easier to focus on the road while riding as well as using it as a standard navigation device when in a special pedestrian mode.
