Gainax is going all out with this one, holding nothing back it seems. It’s like the love child of FLCL and Powerpuff Girls, hell it looks like it belongs right on Cartoon Network. I don’t know about you, but I’m excited to see Gainax’s approach at creating their interpretation of an American cartoon. I hope my body can take it.
The anime will be 26 episodes long, but 12 minutes each. But don’t worry, they will broadcast 2 episodes together, so it will be like watching a real 24 minute anime, but on crack. Watch the trailer now!

Obscure internet allusions aside, this is Gainax, and they're pretty good at making something ridiculous, but meaningful. FLCL is proof of that. So...yeah. This actually looks cool. I can't help but think of the Powerpuff Girls Z when I see this animation, though. Who's knows? This could be a hit.
I give Gainax credit for the anime it's put out but this seems to be atrocious. This is one Fall show I'm not checking out as it's too American for an anime (along with the new Iron Man anime) and looks and feels to be utterly stupid.
FLCL looks perfectly sensible and sane compared to this. Let's see if Gainax can push the envelope again.

Gainax has copped to the dog character being a direct homage to Gir, and that Jhonen Vasquez approves. YAY!!!
That's my opinion. The first concept art a few months ago got me interested in the show. The concept seemed ridiculous for the art style and it only got better when ANN had an article where someone involved in the production said something like, "the animation director is going all out as much as possible on the fight scenes."
From what i got Chuck's only reason to exist is to experience pain in hilarious ways kinda like Gonzo but without liking it... why did Jhonen agreed to this again? lol
This anime is pretty much about two girls who take orders from an anime ''Jules'' to hunt ghosts, Stokings is a sweet tooth goth and Panty is slut who likes to snu snu
I'm liking this anime already even though the trailer makes no sense XD
