Call it a certifiably-colossal cavalcade of courageously-creative cosplay. Geo (Sorathekey) and I witnessed a stunning parade of it while we were at Anime Expo 2011 this past weekend - - and we were sure to properly document the spectacle for those who couldn’t attend. Below, you’ll see more than 200 photos of convention goers who put a lot more thought and planning into their time there than the usual attendee with a mind on parking fees and floor deals. Oddly enough, Link, Porco Rosso and the various hues of MORTAL KOMBAT ninja were especially popular this year.
I saw a repeat in the list. Does that mean there are 199 pictures?
That girl dressed as Tia Harribel sure us brave. Not many would dress as someone that bold. Also, keep PedoBear away form the kid's exhibits.

Gawd! The blue Miku wigs are the new Naruto headbands... Everybody has them!
Shout out to my friend Barry who was the one in the Yoshi suit and Jimmy who was in the Birdo suit (They said they was dying in those!) Another shout out to the Street Fighter Deadpool and the Miku at the top! They were both awesome to talk to! ;)

Wow... so many cosplayers! I think the Lin with funky guitar is just so frickin' cool! And FF X2 Riku is so cute! Some very impressive costumes :)

Incredible costumes on display truly impressive. The She-Hulk girl didn't look too thrilled either to be there or to be in costume. Regardless, nice assortment of pictures, really great to see, even for someone who isn't familiar with much Anime, its a great treat.
