Move Over BlazBlue, Vanguard Princess is Here!

Not at Anime Expo, and are looking for something to do this boring summer Thursday? Canned Dogs found this awesome 2D fighting game called Vanguard Princess. This game was created by Sugeno Tomoaki, who supposedly is an ex-Capcom employee, which isn’t too far-fetched once you play the game. Yes, the best part about this game—besides the cute moe girls—is that it’s freeware! Meaning you can download it now, and play it now for free.

It’s hard to believe that a game of this quality was released for free this day of age. The game is of course not as beautiful and BlazeBlue, but it is moe in it own right. Let me tell you now that I have a thing for girls who can summon a katana out of thin air; so Saki is my girl. Who's yours?

if you guys are having problems running the game, change the name of the .kgt file, the exe one, and the folder, but they must all be the same name. Also run the game in applocale

No! No! BlazBlue musn't move over!

This game does seem pretty well made considering it's free, but the whole "pretty-moe-girl" fighter thing doesn't quite work for me. I still think Super Cosplay Wars Ultimate is the best free doujijn fighter out there. (it's a fighter, not an SRW style game)

I'm loving it and it works well on Vista 32 bit for me though I did change my language to Japanese. I wish I understood the combos and assist characters better though.
