Media Molecule x Miyazaki: LittleBigPonyo?

Word from G4TV is that the video game studio behind LittleBigPlanet, a popular scene-building adventure game featuring sackpeople who wear lots of costumes (as well as a LOT of downloadable content from various IPs), has a wishlist of people they'd like to work with. On that list? Studio Ghibli.

Apparently the folks at Media Molecule (the aforementioned company) are big fans of Studio Ghibli, and as a player of the game myself, I can definitely see where something like Kiki's Delivery Service or My Neighbor Totoro would fit in with LBP's whimsical feel. And hey, as for Ponyo...they're adding water to the game in the near future. Just sayin'.

I would love this. Like, a lot. GO GHIBLI GO!
