In the category marked "lol wut?" a gaming convention in Korea, G-Star, asked two booth babes to leave the convention for excessively revealing cloths. The two women were clearly alluring, but were obviously not in a severe state of wardrobe withdrawal. I mean, only one of the two even consitutes as "mildly undressed" and she's still wearing pounds more than the kind of apparel
anyone would wear to the beach. While I'm not up on my South Korean morality meter, I can't help but assume they still have public beaches and skimpy bathing suits in that country.
Anyway, Boobie McBoothBabe and her friend, Buttz were both representing NCSOFT at the time they were asked to leave the convention. A first time convention, G-Star states that they have the ability to enforce morality through multiple citations, leading to cutting power at the booth for non-compliance. Well, NCSOFT did not defend their hot professional models, but rather blamed the modeling agency, which supplied the outfits, for the outrage.
Hot girls being thrown out of conventions for being too attractive? I barely believe it myself.

Well i did find 2005 & 2006 E3 Power Unlimited books but they only had brief mentions so i think it before 2005 (one has God of War on the cover and the other Heavenly Sword funny lol)

I dunno, they wouldn't pass muster at different anime cons [I know they'd probably need changes for our con]. Awesome costumes? Yes. But Black/Red girl's bra isn't terribly secure, and looks like it could escape at any moment. Yellow girl doesn't look to have any panties on [just a thong-ish thing held together with tied yarn], which is a bit of a problem. Most cons are family friendly. If your chacha or your boobs are in danger of a surprise attack, reevaluate your wardrobe so you don't scare someone's mom or kid, or embarass yourself for all enternity by having your photo posted on some cosplay porn website.
I'd say, make the black bra cover more area and have more material between the breasts and you'd be good, and with the second, wear panty hose or have them be more short like, and you solve much of the problem. Keep in mind that Korea's social standards are way different then Japan and the US's.
Remember too, that hot babes aren't always the ones dressing this skimpy. Just look through People of Walmart, and imagine them cosplaying [why someone would wear a bra to walmart, I don't know] http://www.peopleofwalmart.com/ YOU WILL NEVER UNSEE IT
