Kirsten Dunst: Harajuku Cosplayer?

So, according to Styleist.com, Kirsten Dunst is starring in some video by director McG (who directed Terminator Salvation) in Japan, and for the video she dresses as...a harajuku girl. Or a cosplayer. Or both. Me, I think she looks a little crazy.
What do you guys think? Has she lost her mind or does she look hot? Is this video an homage to Jpop fashion, or to Cyndi Lauper?

I would love to see her dress at a con. I think people would have to give a double take and say was that Kirsten Dunst in a cosplay outfit. No way. Most them well say.
Like, uber flaws:
Spider-man 1: Green Goblin and Spider-man "witty" dialog came out like marbles since they were fighting... yet trying to exchange awkward quips
Spider-man 2: He totally gets with Mary Jane. 2 is probably my favorite... but getting together with her, showing his secret identity, totally shoots the horse in the leg.
Spider-man 3: well... umm... it just kinda blew. Too many things, too little coverage of any of them. They could have played it slow and just let parker have the black suit for the whole movie, be less of an emo slut, and set up a great intro for venom to star the next movie. Sandman was an unmotivated choice (and underused,) WTF Gwen Stacy Jazz scene? Just... no...
(A friend bought the trilogy on Blu-ray and then decided to give me the 3rd one no questions asked, because he didn't want to own the movie.)
Either way, I enjoyed the casting of most of the characters, Kirsten Dunst included.
