Is This For Real? Famous Anime/Manga Fans

It would make my day if any of these people were reading this right now.

I looked up most of these and they all appear to be legit-- Efron, for example, mentioned enjoying a bunch of Shounen Jump manga in a Japanese interview; Robin Williams actually incorporated a scene references Evangelion in his film One-Hour Photo, and Kanye West's Japanophilia is well-documented. So I thought this blog post from Len was well worth a frontpage news post.

Do note, however, that I couldn't find any sort of confirmation for a lot of them (like Leonardo DiCaprio liking Code Geass or Robert Pattinson liking Mushishi); they may just be from Japanese sources that I can't find, or they may not be true at all, so do take them with a grain of salt.

I'll update this post later if we can figure out the original source. - gia

So I gotta ask...which celeb (supposedly) shares your tastes the most? For me it's probably Masi Oka or, god help me, Twilight star Robert Pattinson. Huh. - gia

Masi Oka simply because he has Shaman King on his list! And i guess Hulk Hogan would be my number two since he as One piece and Pokemon, wow i cant believe just used hulk hogan and Pokemon in the same sentence. I so bet he runs a full team of Machop, Machoke, and Machamp!

Many of these do not surprise me (Kanye West, Keanu Reeves and Robin Williams). Light, I mean, Zac Efron did.

This explains why suddenly everybody is talking about several anime/manga adaptations.

I totally didn't know that about A.W.K. I figured on the other too also. But I can believe that about Zac Efron too. and two more odvious ones are Jason David Frank......He was the friggin Green/White/Red/Black Ranger. and James Kyson Lee
