Having watched it through myself...I'm a little disappointed with the video quality, although maybe my expectations were a little high for YouTube. That said, it's a cute little story about Kyon dreaming, albeit mildly inaccessible outside of Japanese culture-- here's the scoop:
In Japan there's this tradition that your first dream in a new year will tell you about the year you're going to have. Certain symbols that appear in dreams mean good or bad things for your year. The ideal New Years dream is about a feast of eggplant and an eagle flying over Mount Fuji-- the three luckiest symbols in a dream.
Armed with that knowledge, go forth and watch the ep! It's freeeee!
(I want to note, by the way, that Kadokawa is totally not forgiven for that BS they pulled yesterday. But this IS a cute video.)
Also, don't forget about Nyoro~n Tsuruya-san, which is also up and English-subbed and adorable!
